Purpose
Alarm signaling stations are intended for warning and alarm signaling while their arrangement in stationary units and on vehicles within explosion hazardous areas and in coal and shale minings being gas and dust hazardous:
sound and light signaling for PASV3 (1ExdIICT6) and PASV4 (РВ ЕхdI).
light signaling for PASV5 (1ExdIICT6) and PASV6 (РВ ЕхdI).
Features
In the signaling station there is a possibility to select light and sound signals of various frequency and intermittence.
Six LED lamps for station light block allows generating light signal being different by color.
Design
Alarm signaling stations PASV3 and PASV4 consist of the device for sound signal sending and light signaling block. They are connected with fitting and fixed on two strips with screws. Sound signaling solenoid drive is located in the sound signal sending device.
In the light signal block there is an electronic conversion block, clamps and LED signaling lamps of SKL18 type being under hood, which is installed on the cover of light signaling block.
Stations can have similar red lamps or lamps with various lighting colors, one of which – Q1 green or yellow, and the other ones – Q2 red. Alarm signaling stations PASV5 and PASV6 consist of body, cover and cable gland. In the body there is an entry for cable gland to lay control circuit closed with plug.
In the body electronic conversion block and clamps are located. The electronic converter switches sending of electrical signal to light signal block consisting of semiconductor switchboard lamps of SKL18 type. Switchboard lamps SKL18 are protected from external influence with hood located on the cover.
At DC voltage it is necessary to follow polarity for connection of control signals. Stations can have similar red lamps or lamps with various lighting colors, one of which – Q1 green or yellow, and the other ones – Q2 red.
