Purpose
Stations are intended for alarm and warning signaling while their arrangement in stationary units and on vehicles within explosion hazardous areas:
PASV1 and PASV1-M – sound and light signaling;
PASV2 – light signaling
Features
In the signaling station there is a possibility to receive light and sound signals of various frequency and intermittence.
If necessary, sound signal cutoff can be ensured in 3 minutes after actuation.
Design
Alarm signaling station PASV1 and PASV1-M consist of the sound signal generating device (on the basis of explosionproof signaling station of PSV – S type) and light signaling block, station PASV2 is a light signaling block.
Design of PASV1 station: Light signaling block is connected to PSV-S with wire enclosed in_metal hose. In PSV body there are electromagnetic drive for sound signaling, electronic conversion block and terminal clamps.
The light signal block consists of LED signaling lamp of SKL18 type being under hood, which is located on the cover of light signaling block.
Design of PASV1-M station: The stations consist of sound signal generating device 1 and light signaling block 2. They are connected with fitting 3 and fastened with screws on panel 7. In the sound signal generating device there is electromagnetic drive of sound signaling. In light signaling block 2 gland 5 is located for generation of control signals. Stations have one red lamp or two lamps, one of which is green or yellow, and the other one is red.
Design of PASV2 station: The station consists of the body, cover and cable gland. On the body bottom there is an entry for cable gland for hidden cable laying closed with plug. If necessary plug and cable plug are interchanged. In the body electronic conversion block and four clamps are located. The electronic converter switches sending of electrical signal to light signal block with interval between signals to be 0.5–1 s.
Depending on station version on the cover there is one or two light signal blocks. At DC voltage it is necessary to follow polarity for connection of power supply.
In the stations reset suppression diagram in control circuits is used.
Due to use of the reset suppression diagram the possibility of simultaneous laying of power circuits and control signaling circuits is ensured.
M is an index indicating upgraded version of PASV1. Index is not indicated when ordering simple PASV1
