Explosion-proof signaling stations, traffic lights, displays, sensors and cameras are devices for light and sound notification of personnel, including the personnel directly responsible for safety of the facility. The devices prevent ignition of the explosive environment. They are used in explosion hazardous areas at industrial enterprises, on land and sea transport, in mines.
The traffic lights VELAN 61 consist of modules joined in the single structure. The module consists of an explosion-proof enclosure made of aluminum alloy, in which a light source and a thick-wall glass installed in the enclosure cover are located. The light filter is fixed above the glass on the enclosure. The visor ensure better visibility of the signal.
The signaling devices VSU, VSU-Z, VSU-M consist of a body made of aluminum alloy coated with epoxy polyester powder coating, and a holder with a protective glass and a sound unit (VSU-Z).
The explosion-proof displays consist of a body made of powder coated aluminum alloy (VEL-T, VELAN-T), or stainless steel (VELAN-NT). The protective light transmitting element is made of borosilicate glass (VEL-T) or polycarbonate (VELAN-T, VELAN-NT).
The sound signaling stations consist of an explosion-proof enclosure made of aluminum alloy, including a body and a cover. Shock action electromagnetic mechanism, which impacts a ring or bell hood by a striker and a pin, is installed in the body of PSV-Z, PSV-K. An electromagnetic mechanism which impacts a membrane by a core is installed in the body of PSV-S(G) and PSVM-S(G). Signaling stations PSV-P have a piezoceramic device for sound signals emission.
Alarm signaling stations PASV1, 1-M, 1-P, 1-PM, 3, and 4 consist of a sound signal generating device and a light signaling unit; stations PASV2, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are light signaling units.
High ingress protection level (IP65, IP66, IP67).
Devices with a body made of stainless steel (VELAN-NT, PASV1-PM, VELAN-SENSOR-VG) remain functional under conditions of a highly corrosive medium.
The displays may be equipped with a battery for autonomous operation.
